Norman Jay added to After Party line-up

Pioneering British DJ Norman Jay MBE will perform for free at the Beck's Music Box for one night only on Sat 26 Feb, following the main event The Public Opinion Afro Orchestra.

Co-founder of renowned Good Times Sound System, Norman Jay is one of the finest and most respected DJs in the world today. As a pioneering DJ at 1980s warehouse parties, he has influenced a generation. Born in London to West Indian parents, Norman became a key voice of pirate radio station KISS-FM, collaborator with Gilles Paterson at Talkin' Loud records and is the first DJ to be awarded an MBE for services to the music industry.

Norman Jay's performance forms part of the 2011 Beck's Music Box After Party series - with free entry from 10pm following the main event. Entry is limited and ticket-holders to the main event have priority.
