The West: Apollo 13: Mission Control

The West Australian have reviewed Apollo 13: Mission Control, describing it as "unlike anything else in the Festival."

Each performance has unique possibilities, carefully orchestrated by the team but offering enough uncertainty to make it unique. Billed for children and young people, this show will have wider appeal. The pace was carefully managed along with moments of humour (the earnest portrayal of Walter Kronkite by Johnny Brugh or the efforts of mission control to avoid a call from the White House). There are serious moments but it is a non-stop adrenaline rush for just under two hours. It is immersive, imaginative and impressive.
