Stephen Daisley
(Australia - Western Australia)

Stephen Daisley grew up in the remote parts of the central North Island of New Zealand before joining the New Zealand Army to serve in an infantry battalion for five years. After travelling overseas and working variously on cattle stations and construction sites in New Zealand, he ventured to Australia to work on an oil rig and eventually settled permanently in Perth. Traitor is his first novel.

Facilities
Situated near the Arts Faculty the Perth Writers Festival hub provides easy access to sessions, great cafe for lunch, coffee or a chat over a glass of wine and an extensive bookshop. Transport Located at the University of WA Campus on Stirling Highway, and is serviced by buses on both Stirling Highway and Mounts Bay Road. There is a set down / pick up point behind the theatre suitable for cars, taxis, maxi taxis & small buses. Enter off Hackett Drive adjacent to University House.
