Perth Writers Festival Schools Day

The 2011 Perth Writers Festival Schools Day is a treasure trove of literary talent for students to explore. Students from mid-primary to upper secondary engage with a wide range of international and Australian authors and illustrators as they share their creative processes in sessions as broad-reaching as fantasy writing, the art of drawing, realism and more.

These opportunities are designed to encourage your students to think critically, to debate ideas and to find inspiration for their own writing and reading. Each session finishes with a Q&A and author signing session.
