OVER THE COUNTER
At any BOCS, Ticketek or Ticketmaster outlet.
Tickets can be purchased at the door of each venue one hour prior to the start of performances, subject to availability.

The Festival Ticketing Kiosk in the Murray St Mall open Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm; Sat & Sun 10am-1pm (until 27 Feb).

GROUP & SCHOOLS BOOKINGS
Buy 10+ tickets to any one Festival event and the ticket booker will go FREE. All tickets sales are subject to availability on Standard, A and B Reserve seats and exclude Beck's Music Box, Lotterywest Festival Films, Waltzing the Wilarra and Ballet at the Quarry tickets.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/VOUCHERS
The Perth International Arts Festival does not offer gift certificates or vouchers for its program of events.

Looking for a gift idea? Tickets to Lotterywest Festival Films are general admission, valid for any film, any night, and at both the Somerville Auditorium and Joondalup Pines venues. These tickets make great gifts and can be purchased online or via Bookings & Festival Info on (08) 6488 5555.

PERFORMANCE LIMITATIONS
All programs and artists are subject to change and alteration without notice.

The Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers at certain events or to admit only at a suitable point in the performance, if appropriate. The Festival asks that mobile phones and audible devices be turned off at all events.

The use of cameras and other recording devices constitute a breach of copyright and is strictly prohibited.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Fees and Charges: Tickets to Festival events may be sold through a variety of ticketing agents, each with differing booking fees and ticket processing charges. For the convenience of Festival patrons, prices for events listed in this brochure are inclusive of these charges for over-the-counter bookings. Where tickets are booked by telephone, mail or online an additional cost will be incurred and will vary from a per-transaction charge to a per-ticket charge depending on which agent is selling the ticket.

Over the counter purchases at BOCS outlets do not incur a transaction fee. All mail, fax, telephone and online bookings through BOCS, Ticketek and the Festival Info Centre incur a $6.60 transaction fee. All telephone bookings can be made by credit card. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post by BOCS or Ticketek, an $8.80 transaction fee will apply, which is inclusive of the $6.60 transaction fee. The transaction fee is non-refundable.

For Ticketmaster, a transaction fee of $6.95 applies to all bookings. Registered and express post are available if patrons require.

No refund or exchange can be provided on tickets other than those provided for under State and Federal trading laws.

Lost or Stolen Tickets: Tickets purchased for events that have unreserved or general admission seating which are lost/stolen/not received will not be replaced or refunded. Tickets with a seat allocation can be replaced. You will incur a fee; fees vary across ticketing agencies.

Friends of the Festival: Friends are entitled to discounts on two tickets for most
Festival events. Friends of the Festival ticket discounts to Lotterywest Festival Films are available on an unlimited number of tickets purchased in advance through BOCS outlets or on two tickets per entry at the door on the night of the screening.

Concessions: Full-time Students, Pensioners, Seniors and Unemployed (S/P/S/U) are entitled to Concession prices as advertised. When booking, a concession number must be provided and identification shown at the door.
